Last night (Sept 14th), between 6 PM and 6 AM someone BROKE INTO the Attleboro animal shelter and STOLE Dozer. Dozer is a 50 pound pit bull mix who has been waiting for his forever home at the shelter for almost a year.

The Attleboro animal shelter is a NO KILL shelter with a dedicated group of volunteers. Dozer was in NO DANGER at the shelter. I should not have to tell anyone what someone who’s willing to break into a shelter to steal a dog could do with a pit bull or any other type of dog. Volunteer’s and supporters of the Attleboro animal shelter are  desperately searching for Dozer and the people who stole him.

If you see a dog that looks like Dozer, please call the Attleboro Animal Shelter at the above number as soon as possible. 

If you’re in the area - please print out as many copies of the above ‘Stolen’ flyer and post them in your area or bring them to the shelter so Dozer’s Search + Rescue team can use them.  

We need to find Dozer as soon as possible! 

If you or someone you know have Dozer, he can be dropped off in one of the outside kennels of the shelter after hours - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
